Returns

You can return any item purchased on VIEUXEYEWEAR.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Contact us by Email for a Return Authorisation Number.
Ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition - unworn, hang tags and packaging included undamaged in their original condition, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange or refund.
Proof of purchase is required.
We only accept returns for purchases made on VIEUXEYEWEAR.COM
Once your package reaches the warehouse please allow 3 -7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email or tracking number for exchange. There is a limit of one return per item on the initial order.
Keep in mind that VIEUXEYEWEAR.com is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service with signature upon delivery.
